Clinical Training and Practice
Dr. Maietta is fellowship-trained in neuropsychology. She completed her two years of postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology through the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) and through Spaulding Rehabilitation / Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School. She also completed a pre-doctoral internship placement at OUHSC and the Oklahoma City VA as well as pre-doctoral clinical rotations through clinical placements while she was enrolled in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Dr. Maietta has advanced education in neuropsychological assessment and theory, neuroanatomy, psychometrics, research design, and psychological diagnosis and intervention. Her clinical training has included experience with neuropsychological assessment and feedback, evidence-based psychotherapy, and psychoeducational assessment. She has experience with the following types of clinical sites: academic medical center, community mental health, private practice, outpatient neurology clinic, and medical specialty clinic.

Dr. Maietta currently works as a clinical neuropsychologist at South County Psychiatry in Cranston, Rhode Island. Within SCP, Dr. Maietta provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessment services to adults and older adults from the greater New England community. Postdoctoral Fellowships in Neuropsychology
The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Neuropsychology Division is an outpatient multidisciplinary neuropsychology clinic located within the OU Health hospital system in Oklahoma City, OK. The clinic provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation for individuals with cognitive disorders with a broad referral base from neurology, psychiatry, oncology, genetics, etc. Dr. Maietta completed additional rotations within the pediatric neuropsychology clinic, concussion clinic, geropsychology inpatient units, and hematology/oncology clinics.
Dr. Maietta completed her second year of postdoctoral fellow in concussion, rehabilitation, and neuropsychology at the consortium program within Spaulding, Mass General, and Harvard. The Sport Concussion clinic is an outpatient multidisciplinary clinic located within MGH in Boston, MA. The clinic provides comprehensive care following sport-related concussion including integrated rehabilitation, sports medicine treatment, and neuropsychological services.
Predoctoral Training in Neuropsychology
The Las Vegas Neurology Center is an outpatient multidisciplinary neurology clinic located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The clinic provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for individuals with cognitive disorders including stroke and neurodegenerative disease.
